Montessori viewed the youngest child as a new being in the process of self-creation. Children at this age are developing rapidly and are dependent on the adults in their lives.

Toddler: 18 Months Through 3 Years
Pre-Primary
The Pre-Primary program builds child’s natural tendency towards independence and language development. Therefore, this environment is rich in language materials as well as opportunities to practice emerging social skills and independence.
3 Years Through Kindergarten
Primary
In our Primary classroom, we foster the process of self-creation by providing an environment in which each child can develop independently at his or her own pace while still gaining those social, physical, intellectual and emotional skills needed to develop to his/her full potential. Our environment is designed to provide the child with the opportunity to interact with as many aspects of the world as possible (at their own level).
Before & After School Programs
Before and after school programs are homelike. Before school, children listen to soft music and choose Legos, puzzles, blocks and coloring. After playground time and a healthy snack, they choose similar activities, often with help on a craft or game. Older children may finish classroom work. Additional hours can be requested at $11 per hour with advance notice.
Summer Camp
Summer Camp runs as a 9-week program from June through August. It serves children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with full or half days, before care and after care alongside the camp day. Camp tuition can be paid in full or weekly. Ask the school for the current camp schedule and what to pack.
